Job Summary: The Commercial Accounts Manager operates factory sales, fleet & lease sales and/or consignment sales in accordance with corporate guidelines to ensure maximum production volume in the most profitable way possible. Act as liaison between auction and factory accounts for accuracy of vehicle preparation. Monitor all Fleet Lease and captive open sale factory accounts and work with other Managers to ensure compliance with sale plan layouts, corporate requirements and other directives. Perform all duties assigned by the General Manager. Must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed at all times by persons under their jurisdiction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate the dealer consignment, fleet and factory centers in accordance with
most profitable way possible.
- Support end to end solutions for dealer customers and advise the sales team on
- Coordinate the services ordered by the customer and communicate the work to
- Ensure that fast and friendly service is provided to the dealer customers in
- Inspect work performed by auction operations to ensure that the work conforms
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all dealer consignment sellers on all
- Assist auction management and sales in collecting outstanding receivables.
- Ensure all department employees are properly trained and held accountable for
- Participate on sale day; represent vehicles for absentee seller customers and
- Establish and build personal relationships with dealer consignment customers
- Retain existing customers to enhance the volume of auction sales.
- Monitor all dealer accounts and work with other managers to ensure compliance
assist with corrective procedures, if needed.
- Ensure the use of marketing tools on selected customer accounts as instructed.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of dealer consignment accounting with
- Direct proper record keeping and follow-through on all sales promotions and

- Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner. Advise the
- Perform recruiting and hiring procedures for the department per policy.
- Develop and train all employees within the department by company standards
- Ensure the dealer consignment department is always properly staffed; develop
and overtime payroll within budgets.
- Utilize performance management tools to ensure development of department
- Maintain positive employee relations and morale. Practice sound leadership and
example of attitude and performance.
- Resolve employee relations problems, complaints, suggestions, etc. Follow-
through and communicate employee relations problems to the General Manager
and Human Resources.
- Evaluate and take positive, consistent, disciplinary action on infractions of
- Ensure proper follow-through on all directives, bulletins, schedules and
sources.
- Conduct employee meetings frequently to communicate Company and
flow of communication with the General Manager and office personnel.

- Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision

situations
Physical Working Condition:
This position is subject to both inside and outside environmental working conditions,
including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient
noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems,
such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with internal and external service
station/convenience food and petroleum dispensing operations.
