Commercial Steel Construction Estimator/Project Manager
Noble-X, Inc is seeking an Commercial Steel Construction Estimator/Project
Manager for our growing companies. We offer a clean, safe environment, excellent pay, 5 weeks paid leave time, sick leave time, as well as 2 weeks of paid company shut down. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Qualifications for the successful candidate will include:

• Perform thorough and accurate material and labor take-off
• Coordination of project scope and schedule with vendors/subcontractors
• Coordinate bid document distribution to potential vendors/subcontractors
• Obtain pricing for materials
• Prepare cost analysis for material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs
• Prioritize to meet deadlines of multiple projects
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
• Promote company and capabilities
• Work with designers on scope of work
• Coordinate design changes
• Understand fabrication capabilities
• Ensure a smooth transition from bid to construction

Qualification requirements

• Ability to read complex blueprints and ability to quickly understand and visualize construction drawings
• High level of personal organization, initiative, and team-orientated approach
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication

Education/Training/Experience

• High school diploma or two year technical degree. Computer skills, natural aptitude handling and analyzing numbers.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction or engineering industry
