Execute on change management and/ or strategic communications plans for initiatives within Digital Employee Experience Work with business leads and communications teams for a cohesive and consistent approach for change management and adoption campaigns Conduct stakeholder and change analyses to determine the program's scope, severity, and receptivity Manage stakeholders, their engagement, and communications throughout the programs Build change management plans that are aligned to overall program plans and are designed to guide audiences through the change phases, including all sponsor/manager, engagement, training, communications, and monitor/sustainment activities required to implement the change successfully Driving adoption of new products, tools, and processes and tracking success metrics Build communications necessary to ensure that impacted stakeholders are kept apprised of the upcoming milestones, and the change impacts are understood Serve as primary liaison with groups to facilitate program decisions and communications, including customers, partners, and employees Assist in DT champions program, engagement, and roadmap for the year.

Skills

Change management & communications - ideally in an Agile context Training strategies and content development — ideally in the context of product training, enablement, and adoption Presence, communications, and listening - with an ability to engage effectively both in 1:1 and large group settings Culture and collaboration —
