The company currently manages about 6,000 bed spaces in Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tucson, Austin, Chicago, San Francisco, and Berkeley.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors and assist with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor the community and report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager.
- Ensure that all communal areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators, are clean and well-maintained.
- Enforce community rules and regulations and report any violations to the Property Manager.
- Assist conducting tours
Qualifications
- Interest in Property Management / Real Estate Industry
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Knowledge of Excel and other relevant documentation and tracking tools
- Ability to conduct tours across within the Tacoma/Ellis apartments as needed.
- Must have access to a reliable and presentable vehicle
- Possess valid drivers license and insurance
Compensation:
The estimated hourly cash compensation for this role is $18/hr - $20/hr.
