Quail Run Hospital is a 102-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Quail Run features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. This is a full-time, community-based position responsible for business development.
You must be a highly motivated individual, with natural sales abilities and time management skills.

Position Summary:
Our Community Liaisons directly serve as our contact between the hospital, the community, and referring agencies. The Community Liaison is responsible for creating demand for the hospital’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, the Community Liaison presents a positive and professional public image of the hospital within the community. The Community Liaison is responsible for the implementing the hospital’s strategic sales plan, enhancing the hospital’s brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and achieve departmental and hospital business development goals.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field and prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting. Three years documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred. A valid Arizona driver’s license and clean MVR is required.
