**Location: Tulsa, OK. This is a hybrid position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK**


Fansub is seeking a Community Manager to help spread the word to our customers and stakeholders and assist in acquiring new and engaged users. Fansub is focused on building brand loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping strategize on the acquisition of new customers.

Fansub is changing the future of work for artists and music venues by helping them own their own agency with the first decentralized web and mobile-based all-in-one platform for managing their booking, marketing, communities, and experiences while owning their own payments and data. Fansub combines live-streaming, event organization, talent-booking and fan engagement with Web3 technology to deliver a new way for indie artists and small to medium-sized music venues to monetize engagement of their fans and communities.

Job Description:

  • Implement social media and communication strategies
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain social profiles and customer engagement
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Monitor, track and report on marketing campaigns and engagement
  • Create engaging and shareable content for social media, newsletters, and blog
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a musician or in the music industry
  • 2+ years of marketing and in dual-sided marketplaces
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing Google Analytics to track marketing KPIs
  • Communications or marketing degree
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Experience creating detailed reports and presentations to senior executives and key stakeholders
  • A track record of successfully making and keeping commitments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and proactive nature
  • Patient and active listener
  • Passion for service
