We currently serve over 4,000 people with ID/DD, mental illness & brain injury and we’re seeking people like you to join us in helping them! As a Community Support Specialist (CSS), you will provide training in independent living skills, including how to be responsible tenants and maintain psychiatric stability. You will also assist the Program Supervisor in implementing agency policies and procedures!

What you’ll need:
· Associate’s degree in a Human Services field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Valid NYS driver’s license
· Experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders preferred
· Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs is essential
· Must be efficient, well organized, and have excellent communication skills
