SUMMARY:
Conducts Title 31 Compliance audits for management to assess compliance of Internal Control Minimum Procedures for operations by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Includes but not limited to the following)
· Obtains and maintains all Title 31 documentation from Casino reporting areas, Every Compliance Reports, Machine Accounting Reports, Cage paperwork, Revenue Audit paperwork, Casino Incident Reports, and Surveillance Reviews.
· Complete Title 31 audits for Gaming Machine jackpots and payouts (W-2Gs and 1042-S), Cage paperwork, guests’ transactions, Every Compliance Profiles (guest identification credentials), and all-tax related documentation.
· Prepares Currency Transaction Reports and Suspicious Activity Reports and E-files to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), according to scheduled deadlines based on Gaming Dates.
· Logs and investigates all Casino Incident Reports and Surveillance Title 31 reviews, and ensures all are presented to Compliance Committee to determine whether a Suspicious Activity Report will be filed.
· Maintains all W-2G and 1042-S reports and records.
· Prepares and submits 945 deposits twice a week, 1042-S deposits once a week via EFTPS, and maintains 945 and 1042-S Annual Record of Tax Liability Records.
· Prepares W-2G statements upon guest request.
· Identifies, investigates, and reports any system, documentation, or Title 31 related issues that occur during the course of preparing and completing an audit.
· Must be a team player able to work well with others, neat in appearance with good hygiene.

· This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· Must possess basic computer skillsand have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. High school diploma preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and policy and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other Team Members of the organization.
· Ability to communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
· Must possess basic math skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to use a calculator by 10-key touch.
REASONING ABILITY:
· Must have the ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram form instructions.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
· Ability to obtain and maintain a Lytton Tribal Gaming Commission gaming license at all times of employment.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. The team member frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet in the back of the house and office areas to moderate on the Gaming floor.
· Should be able to adapt well to the casino environment, involving large numbers of people, loud and continuous high noise level. Must also be able to psychologically handle the concepts of persons occupying an establishment for the purposes of gambling, drinking, eating and smoking for long periods of time.
