Job description
Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, the incumbent, daily administration of Title 31 reports, processes CTR, and monitors compliance with the rules of Title 31 and ICS.
Essential Job Functions:
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
- Adheres to the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Policies and Procedures.
Responsible for the day-to-day audit of all documents generated from the operating departments and ensures the compliance with the ICS
- Coordinate record keeping and reporting requirements
- Investigate possible violations of internal procedures/controls.
- Daily administration of the automated systems designed to record cash transitions
- Occasionally trace a sample of potential reportable items through the transactions flow to endure compliance with Title 31
- Review and ensure the timely filing of CTR and SARC's and re-filing incomplete CTRs when additional information is obtained
- All exceptions to the logging and or reporting process to be brought to the attention of appropriate casino personnel
- Preparing quarterly reports of compliance and exceptions for review by the CTR Compliance Committee.
- Conduct mandatory Semi-annual Title 31 Training for Casino employees/
- Monitor compliance with the rules and requirements of Title 31 and ICS
- Performs all duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED with one (1) to three (3) years of experience with computerized auditing/accounting experience or a combination of education and/or experience with Federal Regulations. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of casino staff

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
