Compliance Specialists are responsible for agency reporting, processing move-ins and recertifications, sending out notices, monitoring resident accounts, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills and a positive attitude. This position offers a $2500 hiring bonus*!

• Experience with HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
