Reliant Property Management is in search of a Compliance Specialist based out of Woodland, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reliant Property Management’s Compliance Specialists specifically working with HUD properties. The ideal candidate will have previous property management experience and at least 1 year leasing experience required. This person will be detail oriented, with strong work ethics. They are knowledgeable about appropriate compliance policies and ensure timely completion of recertification.

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $23 per hour/plus commission

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Processing rental applications for initial move-in(s) and prepares move in documents.
• Maintain and set up resident files with proper paperwork and supporting documentation.
• Process and submits all annual income re-certifications (A/Rs) and all new move-in files on time.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of annual recertification and move ins.
• Verify income/rental history/assets for all applicants.
• Ability to organize, establish priorities for work and coordinate multiple deadlines.
• Maintain neat, organized files, storage, and workspace.
• Ensures regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform other duties and assignments as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

Required

• High school Diploma or GED
• HUD subsidized experience required
• Minimum 1 year leasing experience required
• Reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred

• Associate’s Degree
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Working knowledge of RealPage or other property management software
