This temporary position is located in Raleigh - Wake County.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $23.67 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
This temporary position will be assigned to the Office of State Human Resources.
This position will support the OSHR-Temporary Solutions Compliance Monitoring program by performing data entry into Excel, running reports in the Integrated HR-Payroll System, including in Business Objects and SAP GUI, and analyzing results searching, analyzing, and compiling information in SharePoint. Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to explain and interpret information to clients/customers and staff.
- Ability to compile, assimilate and organize both printed and electronic information; ability to apply knowledge of data collection, storage, organization, manipulation, and/or analysis of data.
- Ability to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions.

Experience specializing in one or more human resources and/or payroll functions

Experience in data analysis and reporting

Demonstrated knowledge of NC Human Resources policies

Demonstrated knowledge of NC State Government agencies and their functions

Strong written and spoken communication skills

Strong collaboration skills
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
