Job description
Daily Duties:
Assists stores with item, order and invoicing questions.
Research order issues using systems SSIMS, COM, EXE and UWARE.
Log and document store claim for credit requests.
Open tickets with the Service Desk for software requests and problem reporting.
Monitor various systems for store order transmissions. Ensure store orders are processed on the correct day of the week with 100% accuracy.
After order transmission validation run and monitor daily billing.
Print billing labels and documents for warehouse.
Identify and date FIRM (warehouse) store orders in accordance with their polling schedule.
Upload FIRM (warehouse) orders into UWARE for United and El Rancho stores.
Run, create and modify SQL queries for reporting.
Hardware:
Troubleshoot Ethernet network issues. May be required to run and terminate Ethernet cable.
Clean, maintain and sometimes repair printers throughout the warehouse.
Troubleshoot and configure Vocollect and RF equipment.
Troubleshoot/Repair PC hardware and software issues.
Will perform installation of corporate image on warehouse laptops and desktops as well as install various applications not included with the imaging process.
SKILLS, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must have the ability to operate a computer and all peripheral equipment.
Logical thought process and attention to fine detail.
Must be able to work weekends and be willing to work flexible or unusual hours as requested.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Must have ability to work with others to affect desired results.
Must be able stand for long periods of time and lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds.
Knowledge of MS Office365 applications with heavy emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
Knowledge in MS Access, SQL and HTML preferred.
