PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a
Computer Systems Security Analyst
to support our government customer in Baltimore, MD.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist users requiring access to protected resources.
- Work may include, but is not limited to, assistance with user accounts, password resets, and report writing.
- Develop information security standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Assist end users with applications and systems managed by the customer and receive support enabling then to preform assigned duties.
- Implement concepts of least privilege and need to know.
Require d Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience and knowledge to document work processes and products.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience and knowledge in Mainframe.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience and knowledge of prioritizing many different projects and tasks based on the organization’s needs, and guidance from management.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Computer Associate (CA); Top Secret access control database.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Preferred
Requirements:
- Prior experience supporting the Social Security Administration or similar government agencies.
- Basic knowledge of network and security applications and devices, and overall understanding of cybersecurity programs.
- Basic understanding of network security tools.
- Experience in designing, developing, and producing network solutions.
- Basic knowledge in mainframe technology languages.
- Basic knowledge of programming.
- Security+ Certification.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and zero (0) years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree and zero (0) years of relevant experience, or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
