Centerplate at the University of Mississippi is looking to hire 10 plus Concession Supervisors for our upcoming Football season (and beyond). The starting pay is between $14-$16 per hour (based on experience). We are looking for applicants who are able to work Ole Miss home athletics events. Weekend work is required (based on sporting events).

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise stand crew and ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.

• Ensure your stands are completely set up prior to opening time of events.
• Ensure all areas, front counter, hot dog cooker, floors, condiment table, front stand area, soda equipment, etc. are clean and in proper working order.
• Responsible for accuracy and completion of opening and closing inventories, deliveries, transfers, requisitions and spoilage. Note; any discrepancies should be reported immediately.
• Responsible to train staff in proper Customer Service Philosophy and technique.
• Ensure prompt and friendly service.
• Ensure to food quality.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.
• Report personnel problems. Employees to be in proper uniform and proper appearance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
