Position: Concierge, Array Portfolio

What you will do:
  • Provide warm welcome and engage in genuine interactions with residents.
  • Perform detail-oriented work while providing exceptional service to our residents.
  • Responsive to all residents’ requests and enters work orders for superintendent.
  • Receive, log, and track all incoming and outgoing packages using Building Link
  • Manages all lobby activities while announcing all guests.
  • Pleasantly answers telephone and/ or intercom and protects privacy of residents
  • Act as primary point of building security
What you should have:
  • The ability to connect with others and to communicate effectively.
  • 5 + years prior experience in luxury buildings is helpful.
  • Strong inter-personal skills as this position requires frequent and genuine interactions with residents.
  • Experience and comfort using different computer software and programs to enter work orders, log packages, and view cameras.
  • Ability to answer calls in a friendly and professional manner while assisting callers with their needs.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with all residents and coworkers

Base Salary: $25.88
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
