Join Our Team!

We have an immediate need for a full-time Concierge to join our team at The Sovana at Stuart, one of United Group’s professionally managed active adult apartment communities in Stuart, FL.

Major Tasks + Key Responsibilities:

  • Turning on/off the answer service and promptly retrieve all messages
  • Greet prospective and existing residents and assist them
  • Answer all phone calls/take messages and/or direct them to the right department
  • Make daily calls to residents on the Call List
  • Monitor the daily sign-up sheets and assist in updating them
  • Assist office with mailing out flyers, etc.
  • Assist in preparing lease packets with all pertinent information
  • Deliver flyers, packages, and notices to residents
  • Assist residents with various needs (valet parking, key entry, etc)
  • Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe
  • Completes daily log of property and activity
  • Assists with office duties as needed

Job Overview + Requirements:

  • Job Type: Concierge; $15 per hour
  • Work Hours: Full-time; Monday through Friday (weekend hours required as needed)
  • Required Education: Associates Degree or Applicable Work History
  • Required Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk reception, concierge, or related customer service / support roles; preferred experience in Senior Housing management
  • Qualities: Demonstrates integrity on a personal and professional level; Exceptional communication with emphasis on customer service; Ability to solve problems involving residents, maintenance, and challenging situations
