Summary:

Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is currently seeking a Concierge / Guest Assistant to join our team! This position is per diem (PRN) / as needed working Monday through Friday.

• Day shift schedules are Monday through Friday. There are occasional voluntary four (4) hour shifts on Saturday mornings from 8 am - 12 pm for several primary clinics (Family Medicine and Pediatrics).
• Experience working in both primary care and specialty care clinics.

• Greets patients with a positive, kind and compassionate greeting style making patients feel welcomed and attended too
• Able to navigated stressful situations with a calm and pleasant manner in order to de-escalate situations accordingly
• Screen patients when specific screening requirements are in place
• Have a working knowledge of the kind of care / services provided at the BMC Broadway location and ability to effectively communicate to patients where to go within the facility
• Oversees / maintains the main entrance / lobby area of BMC Broadway ensuring the area is tidy, stocked with brochures / pamphlets, and is overall a calm / welcoming environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service orientation

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous experience:

• Prior experience in a customer service role is required.

Salary Range:

• $15.17 - $19.72/hour; depending on experience
