A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONCRETE FLOOR EPOXY COATING JOB LEAD

As a Concrete Floor Epoxy Coating Crew Lead, you manage a team of 1-2 others as they efficiently carry out floor coating and coating-related duties in a professional and skillful manner. For each assigned project, you use your understanding of the scope of work to create a schedule and assign tasks to your crew. On the job site, you start each morning with a huddle, making sure everyone is on the same page and delegating work for the day. You facilitate a second progress check halfway through the day to keep everyone moving in the right direction. Throughout the project, you ensure that the job site is clean, safe, and efficient and that the finished product meets our rigorous standards for excellence.

A strong communicator, you touch base frequently with our customers to update them on our progress and address their questions and concerns. Staying organized, you complete administrative tasks like tracking hours for your team and maintaining a job folder. Your satisfaction comes from leading a high-performing team and delivering excellent results to our customers!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONCRETE FLOOR EPOXY COATING JOB LEAD

• Valid driver's license
