Conference Services Manager

This position offers an opportunity to be involved with one of the most beloved institutions in Boulder, Colorado. A National Historic Landmark, Colorado Chautauqua is one of the few remaining examples of the Chautauqua Movement in the United States, a truly unique and special place for making memories.

We are looking for a versatile and well-organized Conference Services Manager to oversee CCA’s event catering services. A customer-centric event professional with a warm, can-do attitude and incredible attention to detail. This position will work with our sales team detailing and planning events from start to finish including day of execution; developing menus, floor plans and detailed timelines; communicating effectively with staff and vendors, handling guests’ requests to guest expectation and CCA Standards.

Necessary Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 plus years of previous catering/banquet management experience in a hotel setting.
• 5 plus years working in customer service roles.
• Experience working in electronic catering management systems, Maestro, Silverware, a plus.

Designation: Full-time, Benefited position.

Starting Salary: $51,500 annually
