Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help oversee responsibilities in our Tuscaloosa AL office. We are looking for an individual who can work efficiently on their own, and is also comfortable engaging as a team.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: oversee project administrative functions including (tracking of daily production, compiling of weekly totals, documenting field changes), gather and create all necessary documentation daily, maintain organized record of all documents pertaining to the project, take ownership of the assigned duties by reporting all potential issues to appropriate team member as soon as possible, follow up on outstanding items as needed, ensure all reportable data is kept up-to-date and readily accessible.

The ideal candidate for this job is dependable, a good problem solver, has strong attention to detail, and is organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner, following up on outstanding information and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is key to success in this position.

Experience with the MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, is required. Strong communication skills and billing experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
