Job Summary
The Construction Field Operations Manager is best suited for someone who is a high energy, confident, and hands-on leader. This person is at their best when they help teams of talented craftsmen (~18-20) become their best and do their best work. Ideally this person has multiple years of experience developing teams and has extensive experience with client-facing carpentry projects in residential homes. Floor coating or related industry experience is a plus.

Working hours at our Chantilly office/warehouse and in the field starting around 6-6:30am through mid-afternoon.

Must-have Job Qualifications
  • Ideally 5-10+ years of experience in residential carpentry including complex projects with high-end clientele
  • Ability to physically work in the field and install as needed
  • Willingness for background check and e-verification of legal status to work in the US
  • Valid Driver's License, and clear driving record
  • Speak, read and write English fluently. Ability to speak Spanish a plus!
  • Comfortable working in a computer/system-based environment vs. mainly paper
