Position Title: Laborer

Position Location: 1000 Rush Drive Salida, Colorado 81201

Employee Status: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Overview and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for performing various job site duties. This company offers 401k, health insurance and opportunity for growth.

· General job site clean-up

· Assisting carpenters with various framing and finishing duties

· Pick up & delivery of materials and tools

· Job site maintenance

· Performing or assisting with various and miscellaneous job site installation of finishes & fixtures

· Job site safety monitoring & maintenance

· Snow removal

· Digging, backfilling, hand grading as needed

· Teamwork focus but also be responsible enough to perform tasks individually

· Time management skills

· Organizational skills

· Some construction experience is a plus

· Some experience with general hand and power tools

· Able to show up every day, on time

· Willingness to learn and grow

Minimum Job Requirements:

· Valid Driver’s License

· Clean Driving Record

· Ability to lift and move 50-75 lbs.

· Positive Attitude

· Must be able to pass a drug screening and random drug testing

Compensation for This Position:

The salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $20.00 per hour depending on the candidate’s capabilities and role. In addition, the current standard company benefits including paid time off accrual, health, FSA (Flexible Spending Account), dental, vision & life insurance eligibility will be offered per company policy for employees, which is the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Eligibility for company 401(k) plan will take place per company policy and fulfillment of a 90 day wait period. Employer pays 95% for the employee’s health and dental premium and 50% for the dependents’ premium.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
