What a Construction Laborer Does:
- Operate various hand and power tools, hoists, and production equipment
- Flexibility to work across production areas and learn entry into new trades such as plumbing and electrical
- Follow direction from lead on production activities
What You Need to be a Construction Laborer:
- Must be a team player and work together to solve problems
- 1-5 years of experience in a production or construction environment.
