What You Will Be Doing
- Find ways to satisfy customers' demands, you can cultivate long-lasting and devoted customer connections.
- Determine the first project ideas, concepts, and scope, meet with the owners.
- Prepare work orders, Owner contracts, subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, permit applications, schedules, and submittalsor oversee their preparationin a way that ensures the scope of the work is precisely specified and business risk is kept to a minimum.
- Establish and manage project timetables, financial restrictions, methods for carrying out the project, staffing needs, and allocation of available resources, equipment, and materials to different project phases.
- Keep the project on time, identify potential delays and take the necessary actions. Keep the project team updated. Encourage problem-solving through listening to one another.
- Organize meetings with the project team, which may include the superintendent, carpenters, and executives, to lay out the work schedule and assign tasks and authority levels. provide technical guidance and aids in problem solving.
- Build trusting working relationships with the architect, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Complete the essential documents to close out projects, such as the cost accounting review, certificate of occupancy, as-built drawings, O&M manuals/videos or sequencing manuals/videos, payment applications, catalog images, and post job review.
- Meet the objectives for given projects' profitability and performance.
- Complete particular takeoffs in a certain amount and reviews status reports (General overview, labor hours report and cost spreadsheet).
- Examine the data, create change orders by determining the costs of the adjustments, which can include sub-bids, etc.
- Collaborate on assignment suggestions, general guidance, and coordination with the field operations manager.
- Follow all safety protocols and encourage a proactive approach to safety cognizant of OSHA regulations, and promotes and upholds a culture of safety on the project.
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- Project Manager
- Commercial Construction
- Estimating
- Sage, ComputerEase,ProCore,Office or related software
