Our Orlando and Sanford franchises are seeking a Construction Project Superintendent who is outgoing and optimistic, to work independently in the field with our clients and customers and who can utilize their strong work ethic and desire to learn new skills in construction to help property owners to put their building back together after suffering fire or water damage as well as to perform general remodeling projects. If you pride yourself in being able to produce flawless work, have a talent for close attention to detail and you an optimistic person who enjoys helping others in a time of need, while enjoying a variety of new projects, Then you may be our perfect hero!

Project Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Construction and/or restoration preferred
• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
  
• Executing the detailed scope of work for all necessary repairs and renovations to our customer’s property
• Work with our Project Managers to complete the scope of work for each project
• Coordinate construction activities with our subcontractors and customers
• Perform daily site inspections with the property owner, in order to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
• Assist the property owner in material selection and coordinate purchases and deliveries of materials to the job site

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites can be loud.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:

This is a full-time position with standard operating hours that frequently requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
