Successful Candidate Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Devise plans of action and access those plans regularly

Schedulers will need to speak with coworkers and customers daily

Self-motivated, organized and able to meet deadlines

Problem-Solving Skills:

Schedulers will need to be ready when problems arise

Be ready to anticipate problems before they happen

Ability to work independently and as a team

Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and problem solve

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently

Quick learner in a fast paced environment

Willingness to ask for help and direction when needed

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Proficiency in Excel

Good attendance

Desirable:

2 years of previous experience in construction related scheduling

Experience in SAP

Knowledge of utility industry

Experience creating/reviewing construction installation documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
