WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are looking for Lead Installers to be responsible for executing the installation of custom-made countertops, tiles, and various other applications for retail customers and new home constructions. This role is responsible for making sure all installations are done in accordance with the project design and specifications.

Job Expectations

• Prepare and cut materials in the shop, as well as at the job sites
• Solve any installation problems and monitor job repairs
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints
• Load jobs and tools in the truck and carrying them to the customers' location.
• Inspect every job at the shop to ensure that meets our quality standards.
• Responsible to get the highest scores from our customers.
• Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced
• Train other measures and installers

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE
Required:

• 1+ years of experience with installation

Desired:

• 1+ years in the Stone Industry

EDUCATION
Required:

• High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE
Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Desired:

• Bilingual – English/Spanish

SKILLS
Required:

• Ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to use power tools effectively
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.

This job requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
