Job description

The Consumer Protection Project Manager will report to the Senior Compliance Manager for Consumer Protection and will be responsible for partnering with critical stakeholders, including various business leaders and technical teams, to support strategy of implementing a holistic, durable, and streamlined Complaint Management Program that enables us to effectively protect consumers and meet our regulatory obligations.

Skills:

• Project Management Professional certification a plus.
• Previous experience with complaint handling processes and/or navigating technical environments highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment and deliver timely solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Agile training and experience preferred.

Preffered Skills:

• Salesforce experience is preferred
• Experience with Smartsheets, google sheet and tableau

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years Project Management experience.
