The Content Director for TBNR will be responsible for executing the vision of our YouTube channels, aiming to grow viewership by Directing highly relevant videos that speak to her audience and appeal to the masses!
The ideal candidate spends a lot of time consuming content and has a deep understanding of the YouTube creator landscape. This person should capitalize on creative trends, and produce lifestyle content that resonates with young viewers and can also capture the interest of a broader audience.

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the creative team to execute a content strategy that meets or exceeds TBNR standards
- Manage in-house and freelance creative and production staff through all stages of the video development and production processes
- Work against an ongoing production timeline to ensure all moving parts and schedules work together
- Pitch creative for weekly video production, and ideas for big picture content strategy
- Pitch engaging, relevant, and exciting titles for YouTube videos
- Work with creative team to maintain a pipeline of ideas that can be translated into relevant videos
- Help develop & QC outlines that will ensure highest audience engagement relative to each video
- Physically direct every video for your respective channel on set, or on location when traveling
- Take episodes through post, giving notes and working closely with editors
- QC final delivery of each episode
- Use YouTube Analytics to understand why things succeed or fail and make adjustments as needed
