Build your career with IU Health. We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Continuous Improvement Project Leader to join our Transformation team at our Riley Children’s Hospital.

The Continuous Improvement Project Leader partners with and develops leaders and team members to ensure timely completion of improvement projects as well as delivers on expected results. Analyzes current conditions of processes using data and lean management (based on Toyota Production and High Reliability Organization principles) capability with leaders and team members. Applies Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) thinking to achieve break through improvement in support of the business unit's strategic goals. Assists departments in standard methodology standardization and spread, applying lean and change management methodology. This is a hybrid role with some remote work flexibility.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Requires 3-5 years of experience leading process improvement in a Lean enterprise, or equivalent experience within IU Health.
  • Must meet prerequisites of Transformation competency development model including Business Acumen, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking and Process/Change Facilitation.
  • Six Sigma certification experience is a plus
  • Requires proficiency in MS office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
