Due to our continued growth, we are adding a talented Contracts Administrator to our team.
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for collaborating with internal personnel to provide contract support for client and supplier contracts, as well as other related projects and initiatives that support the organization. This position reports to the General Counsel.

The Contracts Administrator utilizes financial and contract expertise to review, process, and assure accurate and timely implementation of customer contract agreements in Workday Financials. The role ensures all information is accurate per the terms and conditions of the fully executed customer contract and evaluates customer profiles and activities and company policies to help ensure contract terms are followed. The Contracts Administrator works strategically with the Contracts Administration team, Principals, Billing, and other business teams to resolve any discrepancies.
Essential Functions:
  • Prioritizes and utilizes time efficiently to provide support to Principals, Billing, and other business teams across contract administration functions, including contract development, review, and integration with contract management system.
  • Reviews draft contracts and contract addendums before issuance to potential and existing clients and suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and to identify and recommend changes to Contract Manager where, in the Contract Administrator’s independent judgment, the existing draft exposes the company to risks of nonpayment or other performance problems.
  • Reviews payment schedules and evaluates risk of customer non-payment, and, based on assessment, makes recommendations on changes to payment schedules to reduce company risk of non-payment.
  • Evaluates internal risk assessment prepared by sales team prior to onboarding clients.
  • Records executed contracts and contract addenda within the company’s contract management system (Workday Financial). Where exceptions are identified, researches basis(es) for exceptions and, in the Administrator’s discretion, recommends or implements resolution to exceptions.
  • Validates and enters customer contracts data on a daily basis via Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB) uploaded into Workday.
  • Ensures billing schedules in Workday accurately reflect the billing details in the executed contact and are ready for invoicing.

  • Ability to understand the dynamics of the company’s legal, financial, and operational environment
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word. Moderate proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Workday financials.
  • Experience with Workday Financials is a plus.
Education, Work Experience, and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management, technology, or other relevant subject area, or equivalent years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • 5 or more years of total experience, with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant contracts experience, possibly in a paralegal role.
