Overview:
Contract Manager onboards, develops and maintains a high-quality relevant, attractive, and competitive portfolio of hotel products for Bonotel’s fast-growing global customer base. Incumbent in this role continuously work with hotel partners to help maximize the production potential.
This position is Work At Home, however candidate must live local to New York City in order to meet clients as needed.
The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and sustains strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality consulting services to hotel partners including revenue management advice and marketing opportunities.
- Builds the portfolio of partner hotels by introducing prospective partners to the company’s marketplace and facilitate their onboarding process.
- Ensures that partner hotels products, content, rates and availability are consistently optimized to maximize customer conversion.
- Secures additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers pressing needs.
- Secures seasonal deals and promotions within the guidelines set by management to support the brands merchandising and marketing efforts.
- Continuously promotes and develops hotel partners high engagement through providing them unique market insights, competitive data, key performance drivers, dynamic promotions/fenced deals, marketing and merchandising opportunities.
- Represents the company’s brand with key local market influencers such as the tourism bureau, hotel associations, etc. and provide expertise to the local industry.
- Provides mentoring to colleagues on standard company and industry methodologies.
- Assists other team members acquire skills or achieve targets/goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- At least 3+ years of outside sales experience or tourism experience.
- High impact personality: intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, drive and empathy.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships and negotiating agreements.
- Proven follow-up and persistence when facing challenging situations.
- Must be goal oriented and laser-focused on achieving critical targets and strategic objectives.
- Keen ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision makers.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others.
- Ability to regularly travel approximately 5-10% of the time to support business objectives.
