Auria is a leading global supplier of automotive acoustical and textile solutions. Formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Shanghai Shenda Co., Ltd., and International Automotive Components (IAC) Group, Auria is built on a 150-year transportation industry heritage.

Our product line includes highly engineered acoustical solutions for interior noise reduction, textile-based and compression-molded flooring products and other interior soft trim products, including package trays, trunk trim and wheel arch liners. Auria operates 18 manufacturing and 10 commercial, engineering and testing and tooling facilities in 11 countries and has nearly 5,000 employees worldwide.

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to support our plant in all hourly recruitment needs. The Recruiter will partner with HR to create a positive experience for candidates to help build Auria as a choice employer in the area. In addition, have interactions with the Union located at this facility.

This opportunity is perfect to those that are looking to gain experience in the high demand field of Recruitment and HR. While previous experience in hourly recruitment is a plus, it is not required and we will teach you the skills needed to be successful.

General Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR and Operations on currently recruitment activities to manage a workload of open requisitions
• Source candidates through social media, resume databases and other sources to create a candidate pipeline for openings
• Conduct onsite interviews with all candidates, including a plant tour
• Oversee candidate experience from initial interview to first day at Auria
• Maintain current postings on all job boards to screen candidates that actively apply
• Develop and execute advertising plan for location for all hourly recruitment needs

Skills Needed to be a Successful Recruiter:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously and within a fast paced team environment
• Creative mindset to meet challenges as they arise
• Willingness to learn full cycle recruitment
• Proficient Working experience with MS Office Suites products

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
