Controller Benefits and Compensation:

• Highly competitive compensation of $120,000 - $130,000, plus 15% bonus!

Controller Job Duties:

• Handle month-end close process, GAAP financial reporting and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain policies and procedures, and update as needed
• Point of contact with auditors
• Supervise and mentor accounting team
• Other duties as assigned

Controller Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA required
• 5+ years of proven accounting and in a leadership capacity
• Excellent Excel and large ERP systems
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
• Superb communications skills required
