- Must promote and maintain all steps of the Marquee Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with.
- Effectively responds to Supervisor’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns. - Assists in preparing cold and hot food for buffet.
- Follows written standardized recipes as well as spoken instructions for preparation.
- Prepares stations prior to opening. Keeps necessary items in stock at all times.
- Prepares foods for all food service areas.
- Prepares ingredients and ready-to-Cook items for use by Cook iii in standard recipes.
- Responsible for basic cooking of food items, including grilling baking, and frying.
- Cleans work station and keeps it neat while servicing.
- Preps food items (e.g., soups, vegetables, baking as needed, etc.) for daily use. Preps line for each meal.
- Assists Cooks with various tasks as needed, and provides Cooks with needed items.
- Prepares and plates menu items, as ordered, per specifications on hot food production line with strict attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Breaks down station at closing: performs general cleaning duties.
- Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months to one year of kitchen experience.
- Manual dexterity to include using kitchen utensils and handling of food items.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
