Vero Amore Restaurant in Marana is looking for an experienced Full Time line cook with 1+ years experience in grille, saute, prep and pantry. Must be available for evening shifts. Join a great team of Back of the House and Front of the House staff that enjoy working together in a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Line cook will Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items

• Line cook will Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures

• Line cook will rotate stock items as per established procedures

• Line cook will ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

• Line cook will produce high quality dishes that follow up the established menu choices

• Line cook must adhere to all of the guest’s dietary requests

• Line cook must maintain order and discipline in the kitchen and possess a “we can do attitude” during work hours

• Line cook must make sure that the hygiene and food safety standards are placed as a top priority throughout all stages of food preparation

• Line cook will ensure that all meals are prepared as quickly and deliciously as possible
