Want to feed the tiniest of taste buds? As a cook, you will prepare healthy and tasty meals and snacks for the children in our centers. Following a menu and recipes developed by our in-house nutritionist, you’ll ensure our children have the fuel they need to learn and grow. You will love the children’s cheers as you bring them their lunch!

When you join our team as a Cook you will:

· Prepare food from our pre-planned menu and clean dishes after served.

· Maintain kitchen and related equipment safely and hygienically.

· Order food and supplies.

· Complete timely and accurate documentation according to requirements.

· Impact the lives of the children in our center every day!

· Optional-give Lunch breaks for Teachers or spend time in the classroom (for full time hours)

· Optional-drive School age children to school (for full time hours)

What you'll need:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Willingness to work Monday thru Friday-No weekends!

· Ability to follow nutritious menus and prepare sufficient quantity of foods

· Must be physically able to lift up to 40 pounds

· Able to work in classrooms- for full time hours

· Use the computer with basic proficiency is helpful, but we can train

· Experience with cooking is helpful, but we can train

· If driving our Bus-A good driving record-no special license required

· Ability to speak, read, and write English
