Kitchen Kettle Village is now hiring a part-time Cookie Baker/Bakery Support team member. This position will accurately follow Bake Shop recipes and learn and understand baking and mixing techniques to make a variety of our famous mouth-watering cookies that Spread Happiness to all who partake in them. Viable applicants must be able to maintain recipe confidentiality and recognize and achieve standards of quality for both raw and finished products consistently through following proper guidelines.

Some of the essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to:

· Safely operate oven, large and small mixers, scales, dough depositor and all other Bake Shop equipment.

· Sheet and bake cookies efficiently and according to the quantities set by the season.

· Read and understand recipes; follow directions exactly to ensure consistency in finished product.

· Assist in keeping freezer and refrigerator clean and organized.

· Assist with mixing and containerizing assorted dip samples utilized by our retail team.

· Assist in monitoring the inventory levels of all baked goods and baked good samples (on floor & freezer) to ensure the displays are full and waste is minimized (including mail order)
