Position Overview:
The Foley Entertainment Group LLC (“FEG”) is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Digital Operations Coordinator within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The Digital Operations Coordinator will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to track, coordinate, and implement digital and product deliverables/tactics such as advertising, paid media, design, email communication, websites, mobile apps and traffic final assets to vendors, internal team members and other third-party entities.

Responsibilities:
  • Own, track and monitor problems/incidents/requests to ensure timely resolution and quality services based upon service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with vendor partners, product managers and technical teams to troubleshoot problems and incidents, complete impact analysis, resolve issues quickly and provide root-cause analysis
  • Provide technical guidance and advanced support for FEG’s digital products across a variety of platforms
  • Analyze and prepare weekly problem and incident review summaries
  • Create and maintain digital process documentation, troubleshooting guides and architectural diagrams
  • Complete review of all digital platforms & products to ensure readiness for current competition week
  • Validate functionality and performance of live scoring, live video, video highlights and other key digital products
  • Develop test cases and perform quality assurance testing to ensure quality of product launches, feature enhancements and bug fixes (all digital platforms)
  • Lead all critical severity problems and incidents to resolution working with vendors, developers & internal teams
  • Develop digital assets and web/app solutions utilizing programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JS
  • Analyze and report on performance/health of all digital platforms and related infrastructure using monitoring tools
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams/third parties/vendors
  • Participate in weekly content management and product planning meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required. BA or BS degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
  • Minimum of two years related experience
  • Experience with project management methodologies or other project management practices used in iterative development environments is helpful but not required
  • Experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JS and data feed formats such as XML/JSON
  • Understanding and regular use of digital products for platforms such as websites, mobile phones and tablets
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedules
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail
  • Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work, both independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedules
  • Strong oral, problem solving, communications, writing and presentation skills
