2. Processes incoming loan deferments and student correspondence to ensure timely communication and document routing.
3. Facilitates degree verifications from prospective employers and state licensing agencies to ensure efficient document processing and delivery.
4. Responds to inquiries and resolves problems requiring understanding of work-area policies and procedures to ensure questions are answered and resolved in a timely manner.
5. Coordinates registration, enrollment, and completion documentation for Venezuelan students requesting Comisi??e Administraci??visas (CADIVI) letters.
6. Assists with pre-commencement activities and commencement exercises to ensure staff provide quality customer service.
7. Provides support to the One-Stop Shop (OSS) in registering students and processing transcript request.
8. Responds to inquiries from University Call Center Triage calls.
9. Performs other duties assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
2. Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisory staff at all levels.
3. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
4. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils and computer keyboards.

Thirty (30) completed college credits and three (3) years of progressive data entry experience in an educational institution.
2. One (1) year of customer service experience.
2. Minimum of two (2) years of work experience working in a registrar's office in a higher education institution.

4. Experience working in Banner and Unisearch.
