Position Summary:

The Coordinator will be responsible for a slate of productions on which they will provide dedicated services.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Create and Track Department Head Grids, consulting with Agents for availabilities on all projects.
• Provide creative materials to HOD candidates and schedules interviews with Creative and Production Executives.
• Follow-up on referencing for all HOD selects to provide to Production Exec for approval by Studio/Network.
• Point of Contact for Production Office for each project.
• Create and Track overall production Calendars and timelines
• Create DGA Deal Memos for all Directors, UPMs, ADs on each project and tracks through signature.
• Create and Send Start Packets for all ATL positions (writers, producers, directors and regular cast).
• Review each Start Packet and liaise with each shows Payroll Accountant to confirm completion.
• With assistance of accounting will help oversee initial start paperwork for crew and/or vendor setup paperwork for work starting in development prior to greenlight of a film.
• With assistance of business and legal affairs will create and send Certificate of Results and Proceeds for work starting in development prior to greenlight of a film.
• eOne Hub Administrator for Scenechronize, initiate project into the system and manage during development until POC starts
• Create and Distribute eOne Scenechronize Distribution Grid to each project, updating as necessary.
• Create and Distribute eOne Contact List for each project, for use in the projects crew list.
• Create and Distribute eOne Deliverable Grid (who gets what at eOne) for each project.
• Establish and Manage eOne production storage unit(s).
• Create and Update internal Production Meeting agenda for Film.
• Create and Update Current Project Green-light Agenda and set Weekly or Monthly calls with Business Affairs, Production, Creative and Outside Legal Counsel for each project.
• Schedule weekly “producer” calls for each current project with film’s producers, Line Producers/UPMs, eOne creative and eOne Production to discuss issues or concerns throughout prep and production.

Key Competencies:

• 
  Ideally, 1 - 3 years previous Physical Production experience in TV or Film.
• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), knowledge of MM Budgeting & Scheduling and Final Draft is ideal but not mandatory (will need to learn if no experience), as well as Scenechornize
• Must be detail oriented, thorough, and able to multi-task in high volume, deadline driven environment while helping to manage many different projects at any given time.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Appreciation of film with good critical analysis skills and a positive attitude!

Compensation:

• 
  In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the Recruiting range for this role: $39,690 - $73,710
• Starting salaries will vary within the stated range based on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skill set, education, performance, market demands and budgetary considerations.
• The range listed is just one component of Hasbro’s total compensation package for employees. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives.
