Position Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a career as Copywriter. This role will add the most value to the organization by executing effective digital marketing strategies to support expansion and growth. The Copywriter will do this through managing Necco’s primary social media accounts, writing blog posts about our incredible success stories, and various digital advertising.
The Copywriter’s success is measured by the qualified leads brought to the company and the ability to grow Necco’s reach and audience.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Campaign & Recruitment

• Strategize, build, and implement digital strategies to recruit and support foster parents and behavioral health clients alike
• Strategize, build, and implement corporate and local social media campaigns based on analytics to further grow engagement and brand awareness
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to execute a laser-focused content strategy
• Review new technologies and emerging trends to keep Necco at the forefront of developments within digital marketing and social media space
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
• Curating and preparing information for internal communications

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or applicable field
• Advanced knowledge of the major social media platforms
• Adobe Creative Suite or Canva knowledge preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders to communicate guidelines, rationale, and relationship building
• Excellent Written, Oral Communication, and Organizational Skills
• Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
• Travel/Training Willingness

Pay: $40,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
