- Manage project documentation, which includes review and execution (digital signature) of the Statement of Work (contract)
- Set up the project in an online tool used to manage projects and billing activities end to end
- Coordinate with Accounting to ensure subcontractor accounts are in good standing / paid timely
- Handle requests from subcontractors for payment status updates
- Attend applicable project meetings, for example, at the start of the project (kickoff) and completion (close) to ensure all parties (Customer, Sales, Subcontractor) are aligned on expectations, roles & responsibilities, etc.
- Manage expectations throughout the project, monitor risk, and escalate issues to appropriate resource(s)
- Provide feedback to appropriate parties during projects to ensure that Subcontractors are meeting / exceeding SHI’s standard of excellence
- Manage all aspects of project billing / invoicing activities, ensuring timely and accurate billing of project
- Leverage existing centralized documentation repository (training, best practices, etc.) and contribute to it with the spirt of continuous improvement to enable scalable growth
- Bachelor's Degree required or relevant work experience
- 3-5 years’ experience managing Customer relationships/projects
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time management skills with ability to support multiple projects in flight at the same time
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering on commitments
- Solid sense of accountability, high-quality judgement, and sound decision-making
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience with Contracts and/or Statements of Work
- Billing Software/PSA
- Experience with PSA/Autotask, Airtable, Visio is a plus
The estimated pay range for this position in Colorado/ New York is $45,000 -$65,000, which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and therefore will vary from individual to individual. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act/ New York Human Rights Law. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
