The Corporate/Executive Chef will oversee Chef/Kitchen managers and kitchen operations at each location. Additional duties, includes but not limited to, monitoring and maintaining food preparation, provide quality control, management of kitchen managers, line cooks and dishwashers, oversee/review inventory and purchasing, menu creation and pricing, food and staff budgeting, oversee/review staff scheduling and kitchen safety and cleanliness maintenance.

Qualifications and requirements for a Corporate/Executive Chef include prior kitchen experience as a chef with 8 or more years managing and operating a restaurant or multi-unit operation, managing kitchen staff and budgeting and purchasing. A culinary degree preferred but not necessary. Chef Manager will have all health certificates required by the state and/or municipality to be considered.

Core Competencies for Corporate/Executive Chef will need leadership skills, exceptional communication skills and creative culinary skills, ability to work in a high-pressure environment, ability to multi-task and expedite a kitchen line, ability to balance budget and save on soft costs such as scheduling and product waste.

Must know how to use spreadsheet(s), doc(s), build and explain P&L, and effectively communicate at a high level management capacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
