This is a Full-Time position, with working hours of 11AM - 8PM.

Candidates must be able to work 5 days a week on-site in the Delaware office.

The Corporate Creations business line is a nationwide corporate services provider that specializes in document filing and retrieval services with Secretary of State offices and serving as statutory registered agent for service of process for corporate entities. As registered agent, Corporate Creations receives service of process delivered by process servers on behalf of corporate entities for which Corporate Creations has been appointed agent for service of process. As a document filing and retrieval service we assist with regulated corporate filings to allow companies to lawfully transact business.

  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 11 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Wage/Salary: $24- $28 per hour
  • Salary Period: Biweekly

A role you will love

As our Corporate Filing Specialist with a focus on accuracy and time management, you will be the guiding hand as we deliver corporate filings for our clients.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Research, prepare, and file corporate paperwork for companies nationwide and offshore (i.e. formation filings, business registrations, amendments, governance updates, etc.)
  • Interacting with clients to obtain financial and other state required information required to complete state filings
  • Manage email and phone communication with various state and government agencies as well as vendors and clients to facilitate timely state regulated corporate filings
  • Substantial email and phone communication with various state and government agencies as well as vendors and clients
  • Research and update company data throughout internal databases as well as through corporate paperwork on file with various state government agencies
  • Work directly with an account manager providing the support of processing client requests
  • Research corporate filing requirements and procedures in various jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with other compliance specialists on large projects
  • Complete high volume data entry to ensure our customer database is always clean, organize and up to date which will allows us to complete seamless administrative transactions and create repeat business
  • Send documents to clients, vendors and government agencies through custom and unique delivery methods
  • Review and process legal documents to ensure our clients stay current with their state regulated filings
  • Cross-train in multiple departments as needed

What will you bring to the role?

As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer service, and will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success.

Other key skill required for the role:

  • Associates Degree or 2 years relevant industry or paralegal experience
  • 3 years of Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Positive, enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - strong spelling and grammar skills a must
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to remain calm and upbeat under pressure
  • Expert computer skills, including typing, scanning, email and Internet research
  • Proficient with Mac operating systems and Excel
