Our Business and Transactions Department seeks to hire a corporate attorney with at least 4-5 years of significant experience to join our Boulder or Denver office. Qualified candidates will have substantive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and emerging company transactions as well as general corporate governance, commercial matters and/or public company securities transactions and disclosure. Experience in licensing and technology transactions is a plus. Successful candidates will have experience leading all phases of transactions, as well as strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills. Active license in CO preferred.

Our clients include companies engaged in technology and software; life sciences, including pharmaceutical and medical device; food and beverage; manufacturing and service functions; energy; retail; and telecommunications.
