Job Summary: Supports the corporate executive office by managing the strategic planning process. In addition, provides project support to the President and may represent the President in various situations. - Experience in supply chain management or similar, a plus

- The ability to interact with all levels of management as well as outside parties
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Teams
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Webex and Salesforce
- PMP, a plus
- Attention to detail and excellent follow through skills
- Advanced ability in organization, time management and planning skills
- Must have the ability to upwardly influence and drive results
- Reports directly to company president
- May represent president in his absence as assigned
- Owns corporate strategy planning process execution
- Documents corporate strategic decisions in business plan formats (solid business writing is required as documents may be shared with business leaders, bankers, investors, etc.)
- Owns calendaring and event planning for strategy planning meetings and annual planning meetings
- Ensures prioritization of strategic and tactical initiatives
- Coordinates strategic planning and execution with company leaders and departments
- Provides support and follow through to ensure tasks assigned to all leaders are completed as required
- Measures progress to plan and escalates concerns
- Meets routinely with executive leaders to support corporate and line of business strategy execution
- Supports the CEO ownership of the A3 process
- Works with internal teams to make changes and improvements to the A3 process
- Owns the training documentation for the A3 process
- Works with internal teams to create/maintain dashboards in Salesforce to measure and track A3 project progress
- Owns coordinating the executive team meeting agenda, documenting meeting minutes, and tracks action items
- Owns coordinating and executing Line of Business monthly meeting with the executives
- Coordinates and supports the c-suite team with meeting agendas and action items
- Supports Line of Business leaders with tracking, measuring, and execution of yearly goals and initiatives
- Supports the PMO with monitoring and executing key corporate initiatives throughout the project cycle.
- Can be assigned by the executive team as a Project Manager to key corporate initiatives
- Can be assigned as a project team member of key corporate initiative
- Keeps sensitive and personnel matters private and confidential
