Job description
GSP Investors is looking for a Courier/Driver to do a few tasks, occasionally we need documents with "wet signatures" that requires someone to drive out and meet with clients for the purpose of obtaining live signatures.
We also would like someone to drive through targeted areas and scout potential properties; which we can and will train the right candidate. Must be savvy with a smart device and apps.
Compensation:$15 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Drive around the upstate (From Spartanburg, Greenville, Easley, Pickens, Walhalla, etc) as needed and as directed.
- Utilize Smart Phone to acquire property information pertaining to homes and vacant land.
- Manage time efficiently.
- Must have Reliable Transportation
- Must be somewhat Flexible with schedule
- A Smart Phone will be necessary for this role
