Join our growing team at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Oak Creek hotel. Homewood Suites offers spacious suites with full kitchens and separate living areas, complimentary breakfast and a weekly evening social, outdoor grills, and pool/fitness center. The hotel connects with bAR eAST lounge and Creekside Crossing Conference Center.

Responsible for assisting the hotel with operations relating to the shuttle, bell services, light house person and maintenance duties, as well as security needs. Responsible for assisting to monitor arrivals, departures and special events to appropriately prepare for meeting guest service standards. Ensures that all shuttle and bell interactions are efficient, consistent, and outstanding.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival by opening doors, luggage assistance, and assisting guests to the front desk
• Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
• Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
• Safely and comfortably transport guests to and from local destinations within a 5 miles radius of the hotel
• Address guest questions, concerns overheard and ensure guest 100% satisfaction to the best of your ability
• Use of the shuttle phone and other multitasking
• Inspect vehicle for damage; document required repairs
• Inspect vehicle for operating condition and rectify any deficiencies (i.e., tire pressure, oil/fuel/water levels)
• Inspect and maintain vehicle for cleanliness, inside and out
• Communicate vehicle maintenance needs to management
• Picking up luggage, maintaining cleanliness of parking lot/outside grounds, dry cleaning, and overall cleanliness of entrance and other public areas
• Maintain shuttle department stock of supplies
• Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings
• Communicate any delays, problems and passenger needs with the hotel by radio/phone, using proper codes
• Load/unload passengers' luggage into/out of the vehicle
• Transport guest luggage and dry-cleaning to guestrooms keeping close attention to detail and guest satisfaction when applicable
• Participate in departmental meetings as needed
• Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments
• Ensures all guest needs are taken care of to the guest’s satisfaction following our 100% Suite Assurance guarantee
• Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently and courteously
• Wears the proper uniform at all times
• Upholds Homewood Suites' commitment to hospitality
• Performs other duties as determined by management

**Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check**
